The design team at Blackrock Homes is continually tweaking their floor plans in an effort to improve efficiencies, aesthetics and long-term value. This scrutiny was recently focused on their well-known Kierland plan, one of the few single-level stand alone floor plans in the Blackrock Urban Series portfolio. Neatly compact at 1,386 s.f., this home offers an Open Space Living concept, plus a den off of the entry to flex for a variety of purposes.
