Top 5 favorite features of the Tucson model
The open space layout of the Tucson packs a lot of value in at a competitive price. The design team at Blackrock Homes is continually tweaking their floor plans, and this model has stretched to 1,925 s.f. over the years. These modern homes feel fresh, surprisingly open, and light-filled. Here is a quick overview of why the Tucson is a perennial favorite:
It’s the largest: Shown here is the Tucson elevation “C,” highlighted by a generous use of shake siding and three-quarter height stone accents at the garage.
Interesting architecture: We love the header treatment that defines the entry space, and the stairwell cut-out that allows for more light. Nine foot ceilings are standard on the main level of all of Verado’s two-story models.
Flex room: The fourth bedroom flexes beautifully as a bonus room with its oversized dimensions and large closet.
More storage options: A walk-in pantry and oversized coat closet provide more places to put things. The pantry offers a laminated shelf which is perfect for kitchen appliances.
Covered patio: The Tucson is the only floor plan that offers a built-in covered patio and is large enough to accommodate most furniture arrangements.
